We do not accept returns. All sales are final. We are not responsible for products lost by USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other shipping service. If you have not received your package, please notify us via email at email@example.com. We will do everything we can to retrieve and/or locate your package. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise. If you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, please contact us as occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you and within 30 days of the product purchase date. If you contact us a year later reporting your print is now damaged, we will not take responsibility for that.
